In view of the changing tasks of the company, personnel decisions were also made: Vince Fayad was appointed second Executive Director alongside Anthony Roberts. Both are also members of the Sevag Chalabian-chaired Board of Directors of the Perth, Western Australia-based company. Sevag Chalabian is a practicing corporate law attorney and has extensive experience as chairman of various companies. Edward Mead, previously also Executive Director, will for the time being in an advisory capacity, especially the further development of the Australian projects.
