These cover an area of ilmenite mineralization in the St-Urbain anorthite massif approximately 100 kilometers east of the city of Quebec (Quebec, Canada).
The Property covers an area of massive, grainy, black ilmenite mineralization that has been reported to contain an average of 38,97% iron and 37,1% titanium dioxide in historical literature. A sample of massive ilmenite mineralization was recently commissioned by Globex in the laboratories of ALS Canada Ltd. in Val D'Or (Quebec) and Vancouver (British Columbia), where the content of 33 elements was determined by XRF and ICP. The sample yielded 59,17% Fe2O3 (34,3% iron), 38,0% titanium dioxide and 1.575 ppm vanadium. The content of impurities is low; For example, the sulfur and P2O5 levels are only 0,07% and 0,03%, respectively.

Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is in high demand by paint and varnish manufacturers as well as the plastics and paper industry, just to name a few. Bulk titanium dioxide pigment is currently priced at 3.200 to 3.500 US $ per tonne (including cost, insurance and freight to port of destination, Industrial Minerals, September 2013).
