Q: Charge Europe AG plans to acquire MANIR

The negotiations between Q: Charge Europe AG and the Croatian project and planning company MANIR doo are bearing fruit. On Wednesday, both sides signed an agreement to acquire the shares in MANIR doo through Q: Charge Europe AG. Manir, a planning and project company, has an innovative technology for recovering raw materials from industrial and engineering waste. As a result, Berliner Aktiengesellschaft is gaining a strategic bridgehead in its operating business for its young business segment "Recycling and Raw Materials". The agreement signed today is followed by the concrete takeover negotiations, in which modalities and conditions are determined. Q-charge currently assumes that the acquisition can be completed in December.
