New technologies in the geosciences
April 27.04.2012, 18 Freiberg - For the XNUMXth time, Beak invites you to the company colloquium in Freiberg. Innovative technologies in the geosciences will be presented and discussed.
This year's topics are focused on the rational and result-oriented collection, storage, processing and presentation of geoscientific data as well as the networking of relevant companies, institutions and educational institutions. Openness, the exchange of ideas and innovation are core themes of the colloquium.
Specific topics include cooperation with international partners in raw material exploration (Ore Mountains, Africa), the use of artificial intelligence processes for data interpretation, the range of activities of the Helmholtz Institute for Resource Technology and the use of GIS technologies.
The focus of the colloquium will continue to be our advangeo products® Row: next to the basic module advangeo® prediction software is the advangeo® erosion (prognosis of georisks), advangeo®minerals (forecast of raw materials), advangeo®3DGD (holding 3D data).
Our newest product advangeo® field cap was developed for the fast and consistent acquisition of terrain data. It enables the continuous computer-aided processing of the projects from the collection of the data to the evaluation.
The advangeo®Software is presented in two workshops in practice.
The colloquium will take place on 04. May 2012 in Freiberg, Founder and Innovation Center, On St. Niclas shaft 13, instead. Interested parties are invited.
Beak Consultants GmbH is active in the areas of geology, raw materials, environmental protection, remediation of contaminated sites, planning and development of information systems as well as data collection / thematic cartography / geoinformation systems in Germany and abroad.
The company employs 39 staff in the fields of geosciences, computer science, cartography and mathematics.
