Artemis Gold Procures 24 Million Dollars for Copper Exploration in British Columbia.

Vancouver-based Artemis Gold has raised 32,6 million C $ (about 24 million $) through an unofficial private placement. The company issued approximately 36,3 million units at a price of 0,90 C $ per unit.

Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant, so the holder may purchase one additional common share of Artemis at $ C 60 for a period of 1,08 months.

Artemis plans to use the proceeds to further explore the GK property in the Telegraph Creek area. The property was acquired by Strategic Metals in June 2019. The GK property was the subject of historical exploration from 1916 to 1991 and 2005. Since only two holes were drilled on the property, no resource estimate has yet been made.

Artemis Resource Limited (“Artemis”) is a gold and copper focused resource company with significant assets in West Pilbara and tenancy in the Paterson Range.

Artemis is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ARV: ASX), the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ATY: FRA) and the US OTC (ARTTF: US).
